Golden Sun

Golden Sun has become my favorite gold watercolor for calligraphy. Out of all the gold inks and paints I own, this is the one I reach for most often. The color is rich, warm, and beautifully reflective, creating elegant lettering with a stunning metallic effect. It flows well from the nib, is easy to work with, and looks beautiful on both light and dark papers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and gorgeous gold for calligraphy.

I loved the vibrancy of Golden Sun!

Golden Sun is absolutely beautiful. It has the substance to shimmer on your paper, looking at it directly, without having to tilt the paper to see the gold. It’s THAT shiny. The perfect gold for spattering onto watercolor paintings.

I just received Vita’s Golden Sun paint. This is going to be a game changer for me. It is so pigmented and bright. It looks like actual gold. It’s beautiful!! They also sent three other samples at are just as pretty. Dusty Blue, Hug (pinkish) and Star (bronze). I highly recommend these paints.

Lovely rich colour, creamy thick consistency and superb quality. Love all the sparkles!
