Frequently asked questions and answers

Yes, we ship to all parts of the world. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer. We do not offer tracking options for all countries, so we may not be able to reimburse or take responsibility if a package goes missing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@colorsbyvita.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

If you are unable to track your order, it may be because you opted for shipping without tracking. In such cases, we advise allowing ample time for delivery. If you have any concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to us at info@colorsbyvita.com for assistance.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Used products are ineligible for return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details on how to initiate a return process.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@colorsbyvita.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Import duties and taxes (including VAT) are not included in the shipping cost and are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.

Yes, all our colors are vegan-friendly. We use only synthetic pigments and binders in our formulations, ensuring that no animal-derived ingredients are included.

No, our colors are not intended for face paint or cosmetic use. They are specifically formulated and meant to be used only as art supplies.

Currency can be changed on our website by selecting your preferred currency from the dropdown menu in the top and bottom corner of the page. We only show prices in USD, EURO, and SEK.
